The Interuniversity Film Festival, organized by NOVA FCSH, aims to promote the production and exhibition of short films (under 30 minutes) that maintain a particular relationship with science and knowledge, in their multi-disciplinary dimensions. In short, we intend to encourage the creation and debate around the relationship between cinema, knowledge, and communication.

 

The 1st edition of the Interuniversity Film Festival, hereinafter also referred to as CINENOVA, will be held in Lisbon on February 21st - 23rd 2019. The Festival will have a Short Film Competition and also a non-competitive section. The contest prize will be awarded to the Best Short Film submitted.
